### Backend VL (Velox) ### Bug description The GlutenConfig is not initialized by sparkConf when calling setPredefinedConfigs. As a result, GlutenConfig.getConf.enableGluten and GlutenConfig.getConf.enableGlutenCostEvaluator in setPredefinedConfigs only retrieve their default values.
