@ashahba, as discussed in Teams, this issue has been fixed in Gluten. It was reproduced in previous test. Now, the test case can pass as it is re-included into Gluten test by https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten/pull/9080. Please note there are many Spark UTs ported into Gluten to verify Spark's behavior is not changed by Gluten.
