We could consider using Gluten's [ArrowMemoryPool.h](https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten/blob/main/cpp/core/memory/ArrowMemoryPool.h) to encapsulate Velox's MemoryAllocator for memory allocation, replacing Arrow's MemoryPool.
