A follow up to #3460 to avoid overriding too much code of vanilla Spark.
Keep in mind that the way we are relying on after the fix, i.e,
`sparkSession.sparkContext.getLocalProperty` and
`sparkSession.sparkContext.setLocalProperty`, is not fancy either.
