## What changes are proposed in this pull request?
• This PR fixes Gluten Flink build and Nexmark window aggregate test
compatibility with the current Velox4j
snapshot.
Changes included:
- Update stream window aggregate plan node creation to pass the new
Velox4j StreamWindowAggregationNode
fields:
isEventTime, rowtimeIndex, windowStart, and windowEnd.
- Fix window type extraction so hopping/tumbling window type is derived
from WindowSpec, not from the
windowing strategy.
- Avoid resolving the Nexmark test dependency when tests are skipped by
moving nexmark-flink under an
inactive-when-skipped Maven profile.
- Change the embedded Kafka test port from 9092 to 19092 to avoid local
port conflicts.
- Add -Dnexmark.queries=... support to run selected Nexmark SQL files
during debugging.
This change requires a velox4j 0.1.0-SNAPSHOT built after the
StreamWindowAggregationNode API change
that adds event-time and window property indexes.
