## What changes are proposed in this pull request?
Keep Bolt build-generated metadata out of the source tree. Currently after
building gluten with bolt-backend, there are 4 untracked metadata files:
```bash
Untracked files:
(use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
cpp/CMakeUserPresets.json
cpp/bolt/version/version.h
cpp/gluten.conan.graph.html
dev/.bolt-build-info.properties
```
To keep the git clean:
- Add `cpp/CMakeUserPresets.json` to `.gitignore`
- Generate `version.h` and `gluten.conan.graph.html` under Cmake's binary
directory
- Fix `gluten-build-info.sh` by reusing `bolt-build-info.sh`, and do not
generate `.bolt-build-info.properties` any more
## How was this patch tested?
Rebuild the gluten with bolt-backend, and check the git status.
