@philo-he For context, GPU query logs showed ANSI casts even though ANSI was turned off. I traced this to a mix up: the code passed “is ANSI enabled?” into a parameter that actually means “is this a TRY cast?”. Passing false therefore selected ANSI casting. The fix basically selects legacy casting when ANSI is off, and ANSI casting when it is on -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
