Add Velox-backend coverage for Spark SQL `shiftrightunsigned`: - Add column-backed native execution tests for both `shiftrightunsigned(value, shift)` and the `>>>` operator. - Cover INTEGER and BIGINT inputs, logical zero-fill for negative values, Spark shift-distance masking, boundary and extreme shifts, and null propagation. - Mark both forms supported in the Velox scalar-function documentation. Gluten already maps Spark's `ShiftRightUnsigned` expression to the native `shiftrightunsigned` function, so no additional expression-conversion code is required. This change depends on the companion Velox implementation in facebookincubator/velox#19376 being included in Gluten's pinned Velox dependency before merge. ## How was this patch tested? - Added a Parquet-backed parity test that prevents constant folding and verifies native `ProjectExecTransformer` execution. - `./dev/format-scala-code.sh check` - License-header validation for the changed Scala source. - `git diff --check` - Complete added-line and changed-file scans found no Microsoft, MSFT, Fabric, Synapse, SxS, A365, internal-only configuration, or Azure DevOps references. - Added-line secret-pattern scan found no potential credentials or private keys. Native builds and test binaries were not run locally because the currently pinned Velox dependency does not yet contain the companion implementation.
