## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Re-enables the 12 Spark 4.2 DELETE tests in `GlutenDeleteFromTableSuite` that #13163 disabled. Spark 4.2 attaches a `DeleteSummary` to the commit; for group-based DELETE, `ReplaceDataExec.getDeleteSummary` computes `numDeletedRows` from the row-level scan's `numOutputRows`. Gluten's test base sets `spark.sql.shuffle.partitions=1` (Spark's tests use 5). With 1 partition, the write's clustering by `_partition` is a `SinglePartition` shuffle, and when no rows are copied AQE replaces the `ReplaceDataExec` input with an empty relation, so the scan disappears and `numDeletedRows` is -1. Vanilla Spark does the same at 1 partition. This suite now uses 5 shuffle partitions. All assertions are unchanged. This is a test-only change. It is one of several independent PRs, split by test suite or golden file, that can be reviewed and merged in any order. Part of #13175. ## How was this patch tested?
