## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Re-enables 4 `GlutenSQLQueryTestSuite` test(s) that #13163 disabled because Spark 4.2.0 changed their golden files: - `collations-basic.sql` - `collations-padding-trim.sql` - `collations-string-functions.sql` - `cte-recursion.sql` Their input and result files were unmodified Spark 4.1.1 copies and are replaced by the Spark 4.2.0 versions. The tests are restored to `SUPPORTED_SQL_QUERY_LIST` in `VeloxSQLQueryTestSettings` at their spark41 positions. This is a test-only change. It is one of several independent PRs, split by test suite or golden file, that can be reviewed and merged in any order. Part of #13177. ## How was this patch tested?
