## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Rewrites `docs/get-started/VeloxDelta.md` to follow `VeloxIceberg.md`, so it lists per Spark/Delta Lake version what Gluten offloads: - a version matrix with read, native write and test coverage - write commands, table features and data types, each with a status - deletion vectors, change data feed, and how natively written files differ - known wrong-result and exception cases, with their issues - Gluten options, Spark SQL options, read and write options, and Delta table properties, with a Gluten Support column Statuses come from main's code, Gluten's tests and the nightly Delta Lake test job (Delta 4.2.0 suites on Spark 4.1). "Seen on 4.1" marks results from that job, and "From code" marks results with no test behind them yet. MERGE is listed as PartialOffload, as it is on main. #13324 would change that.
