The only consumer of that cache is `build-native-lib-centos-9` in `velox_backend_arm.yml`, which runs on `ubuntu-24.04-arm` and so only ever restores the `ARM64` key. Nothing builds the CentOS 9 static library on x86; the x86 static build uses the `almalinux8` cache. This drops the x86 leg.
