Note for this PR: since it was opened, `MiscOperatorSuite` and `GlutenBloomFilterFallbackSuite` are ignored on Spark 4.2 only (#13163, an `org.scalatest.Ignore` tag added in each suite's `tags` override for Spark 4.2), because `beforeAll` aborts there. With this PR's SessionCatalog registration both suites pass on Spark 4.2 locally, so the 4.2-only ignore in both files can be dropped here as well. Would you mind rebasing and removing it?
