## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Bumps `lance.version` from 0.8.0 to 0.9.0-beta.2. It is the first lance-spark release with `LanceBatchWrite.taskCommit` (lance-format/lance-spark#715) and `LanceBatchWrite.getFragmentWriteSpec` (lance-format/lance-spark#892), the two APIs the native Lance writer for #12263 builds on. That writer comes in a follow-up PR. Lance reads do not change: lance-core stays at 12.0.0. We will move to the next stable lance-spark release once it is out. ## How was this patch tested? `VeloxLanceSuite` passes on Spark 3.5 and 4.0 against 0.9.0-beta.2 from Maven Central. ## Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
