   Hi, where is the actual Quartz version being used defined, or how is it
derived?

   The current 4.0.0 version doesn't have it set:

https://github.com/apache/grails-quartz/blob/7e7a8f5ad812c20d7e03d714c548944fce10eed3/build.gradle#L68

   With Grails `7.0.4`, I get `2.5.1`:

   ```
   +--- org.apache.grails:grails-quartz:4.0.0
   |    +--- org.apache.grails:grails-bom:7.0.0 -> 7.0.4 (*)
   |    \--- org.quartz-scheduler:quartz -> 2.5.1
   |         +--- org.slf4j:slf4j-api:2.0.16
   |         \--- jakarta.xml.bind:jakarta.xml.bind-api:4.0.4 (*)
   ```

   with grails `7.0.3` I get `2.5.0`

   ```
   +--- org.apache.grails:grails-quartz:4.0.0
   |    +--- org.apache.grails:grails-bom:7.0.0 -> 7.0.3 (*)
   |    \--- org.quartz-scheduler:quartz -> 2.5.0
   |         +--- org.slf4j:slf4j-api:2.0.16
   |         \--- jakarta.xml.bind:jakarta.xml.bind-api:4.0.2 -> 4.0.4 (*)
   ```

   How come 7.0.4 chooses `2.5.1`?

   I'm asking because `2.5.1` has a bug and `2.5.2` is the latest version
(https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.quartz-scheduler/quartz/2.5.2).

   I checked grails-bom and the Quartz dependency is not there:
https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.apache.grails/grails-bom/7.0.4
