Fix coverage module NoClassDefFoundError at startup

The coverage content module registers a javaCoverageEngineExtension whose
    implementation (GrailsCoverageExtension) extends
    com.intellij.coverage.JavaCoverageEngineExtension. Its descriptor declared a
runtime dependency on the platform alias com.intellij.modules.coverage,
which
resolves (so the module loaded) but does not contain
JavaCoverageEngineExtension
    — that class and the com.intellij.javaCoverageEngineExtension EP live in the
"Coverage" plugin (Code Coverage for Java). The module classloader therefore
lacked the base class, throwing NoClassDefFoundError during startup when run
    configurations were deserialized.

Depend on the class-bearing plugin id instead, matching build.gradle.kts's
    bundledPlugin("Coverage").
