### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. the [catch_discover_tests](https://github.com/apache/incubator-graphar/blob/aff205cd3df564d980041a6f7c2f7fc2f950ba3b/cpp/CMakeLists.txt#L388) would make that test run in the compilation phase which is not the expectation.
