### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
* Add integration test of `OAuth2TokenProvider`, following the steps
mentioned in OAuth section of
[`/docs/security/how-to-authenticate.md`](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/blob/main/docs/security/how-to-authenticate.md)
* Add some base class for containers and tests
* Remove some duplicate code
