The results are not always the same (even though they should be) I've run it several times and got a Python error (in the client-python:envSetup part) on 3 occasions, and it built correctly on two occasions. I'm guessing some sequence/concurrency issue is going on. I can verify that that jar is being downloaded before rat is run so it does show up in the rat report, I think is it possible that other files created as part of the build process could possibly cause rat to fail. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
