### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add --partition option to display partition information on Tables.
### Why are the changes needed?
This change allows users to retrieve additional partition information on
Tables
Closes: #5278
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes, it adds the --partition option to CLIeys.)
### How was this patch tested?
Compiled and tested locally.
