Rewrite the how-to-install guide by restructuring and polishing the doc.
This update does not cover the verification of the specific command
### Why are the changes needed?
the how-to-install guide is not structured user-friendly. Therefore, refine
the doc
**Further improvement**
1. Based on my understanding, for the following sections:
-Configure the Gravitino server
-Configure the Gravitino server log
-Configure the Gravitino server environment variables
-Configure the Gravitino catalog
- if they are not required steps for installing Apache Gravitino from
scratch, we can remove it from this doc and put it in somewhere such as
Configure section
- if they are required steps, we need to provide more detailed info about
how to configure these components, at least, how to configure their required
parameters
2.We need to provide info about how to uninstall Gravitino in this doc
