   The main difference is the REST spec changes from 1.5.2 and 1.8.1 in the 
scenarios of using Iceberg REST catalog,  as far as I known Iceberg add some 
new capacibilities like supports endpoint, supports table planning, etc in the 
latest Iceberg version but doesn't break the compatibility for the old 
versions. I should be ok to use an new Iceberg version in Spark side.
