It should be able to run on the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). See
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install. I'm sorry, I don't have
access to a Windows machine at the moment, so I can't test that. You can also
look at the CI output, and it will show you the changes that are needed.
