[I] [Enhancement] Update the metadata-lake.svg [gravitino-site]

   The architecture diagram of Gravitino on website is out of date. Need to 
make some updates includes:
   
   1.  add "Model catalog" as this is a new catalog type;
   2. add Apache Doris as a supported engine as it supports Gravitino IRC
