### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR is aimed at implementing the following classes corresponding to the
Java client.
MetadataObjects.java
A refactor of `MetadataObject` and of `MetadataObjectImpl` are included as
well to conform with the up-to-date implementation in Java client.
### Why are the changes needed?
We need to support python client for table operations.
