Based on PR [#8297](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/8297), specifically the commit [fba3b80](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/commit/fba3b80be1df177c2262e2210f6927b416ce6e91) (Disable cache multi-layer relation entity), this behavior was deliberately added.
