Add authz for table operations, create table, load table, update table, rename table 1. doesn't support multiple instances because the auth metadata is not synced across the instances 2. Only support deploying the IRC server in aux mode; do not support standalone mode for authz metadata sync issues. 3. Only support the dynamic config provider for simple catalog name mapping 1. create a Iceberg catalog with name `iceberg` in Gravitino server 2.
