### What would you like to be improved?
Currently, Gravitino server, Lance REST server and Iceberg REST server share
the same `log4j2.properties` files located at ${GRAVITINO_HOME}/conf, it's not
very elegant and does not meet the requirement that if any specific
modification to any of them, we'd better try to make them use separate files.
