### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This pull request removes the entire `build.gradle.kts` file for the `catalog-jdbc-hologres` module. This means all build configuration, dependencies, and custom tasks for this module are deleted. ### Why are the changes needed? Hologres-related code is introduced by mistake.
