Currently, Gravitino Helm charts are not published to any public registry,
making it difficult for users to discover and install Gravitino on Kubernetes.
### How should we improve?
1. Add support for publishing all Gravitino Helm charts to OCI registry and
updates documentation.
2. Enables automatic discovery and indexing on Artifact Hub
