I understand your point regarding Iceberg's recommendation against interacting with Hive-style partition entries, it's entirely reasonable, given that Iceberg employs implicit partitioning. Meanwhile, I maintain that the management of Iceberg's partition KEYS constitutes a legitimate requirement within the scope of metadata management. I am currently in the process of migrating a metadata management platform to Gravitino, but I have encountered issues that are causing me some frustration.
