Update: rather than the `{#id}` heading-id form (which forces a heading-text
vs anchor-id mismatch), I removed these compatibility anchors entirely. The
headings now use their natural slugs, and the internal links reference those
new slugs. Note that half of the original anchors did not even match the real
pre-rename slugs, so they were not reliably preserving old links anyway. Now in
3b76ea8d0.
