ahh yes, this overlaps with #10685. The difference is that #10685 has a broader scope (also returning storage-credentials in the response), while this issue focuses only on accepting the header and passing isCredentialVending into the request context. I had this in my list but was not able to find the issue. Thanks for pointing it out. PR #10800 from covers the full scope including credential injection.
