Reopened with the branch rebased onto latest `main` and squashed into a single commit. Compared with the earlier revision, this now also releases the pooled Hive metastore connections on shutdown (`Hive2Namespace` is `Closeable` in `lance-namespace-hive2` 0.4.0), always uses the pointer-only `describeTable`, and excludes the legacy Jetty/servlet jars that `hive-common` drags in so the standalone server starts cleanly.
