Could you apply this commit to the cherry-pick branch (or recreate the backport from it)?\n\nI kept the backport scoped to the original replication-allocation change: property metadata, mutual-exclusion validation, SQL generation, focused unit coverage, the existing Doris integration case, and documentation.
