Review Comment:
   New TODO introduced without an issue/PR reference. Project guidelines
discourage TODO/FIXME without a tracking ID; please link to an issue (e.g.,
follow-up for Semantic Model event/hook layers) or remove the TODO if it’s no
longer needed.

Review Comment:
   `checkRelationalCatalog` builds `catalogIdent` by indexing
`namespace.level(0)` / `namespace.level(1)`. If a caller passes a namespace
with fewer than 2 levels (bad input), this will throw
`IndexOutOfBoundsException` instead of a consistent
`IllegalArgumentException`/`IllegalNameIdentifierException` like other
dispatchers. Consider deriving the catalog identifier via
`NameIdentifierUtil.getCatalogIdentifier(NameIdentifier.of(namespace.levels()))`
 (or explicitly validating `namespace.length() >= 2`) to fail predictably with
a typed exception.
