### Describe what's wrong
Dropping a table that does not exist in a Doris catalog returns HTTP 500
with a generic `RuntimeException`. Other JDBC catalogs return HTTP 200 with
`{"code":0,"dropped":false}`. The Doris converter also passes through a
repeated `errCode = 2, detailMessage =` prefix.
### Error message and/or stacktrace
`errCode = 2, detailMessage = errCode = 2, detailMessage = Unknown table
no_such_table_xyz in s_12412`
### How to reproduce
With a live Doris catalog and an existing schema, call `DELETE
/metalakes/{metalake}/catalogs/{catalog}/schemas/{schema}/tables/no_such_table_xyz`
for a table that was never created.
### Additional context
`DorisExceptionConverter` recognizes `Unknown table` only when the table is
quoted and the schema contains a `cluster:` prefix. The observed Doris message
has neither. `JdbcTableOperations.drop` already returns `false` when it
receives `NoSuchTableException`.
