### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Backport #13347 and #13349 to `branch-1.3`: - Preserve Doris table comments when loading tables. - Reject ClickHouse `varchar(n)` columns because ClickHouse does not enforce their length. ### Why are the changes needed? Doris JDBC metadata can report `OLAP` instead of the stored table comment. ClickHouse previously mapped `varchar(n)` to unlimited `String`, silently dropping the length constraint. Fix: #13346, #13348 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. Doris table comments are retained after loading, and ClickHouse rejects unsupported `varchar(n)` definitions with a clear error. ### How was this patch tested? - `:catalogs:catalog-jdbc-doris:test` with `TestDorisTableCommentOperations` - `:catalogs-contrib:catalog-jdbc-clickhouse:test` with `TestClickHouseTypeConverter` and `TestClickHouseTableOperationsUnit` - 42 tests passed; Gradle Spotless checks passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
