### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Remove direct object-policy association and single-policy lookup APIs from REST, Java client, MCP, OpenAPI, docs, and UI. - Keep object policy listings and update the optimizer to consume `listPolicyInfos()`. - Add REST, MCP, and optimizer tests for the removed APIs. ### Why are the changes needed? Policy-on-tag governance supersedes direct object-policy associations. The old mutation and single-policy lookup paths leave two ways to manage or read object policies. Follow-up to #12176. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. Object-policy association and single-policy lookup endpoints, `SupportsPolicies.associatePolicies/getPolicy`, and the corresponding MCP tools are removed.
