### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a test-scoped demo that converts an Iceberg 1.11 expression JSON string into the `read-restrictions.required-row-filter` shape proposed in apache/iceberg#13879. Document the input, output, and supported case. ### Why are the changes needed? Iceberg 1.11 parses the older `term`/`value` predicate form, while the proposal uses `left`/`right` and field ID references. This demo shows the conversion for equality on a string column. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. It adds test code and developer documentation only. ### How was this patch tested? All four test methods passed through direct compilation and execution. `git diff --check` passed.
