### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add LICENSE entries for bundled components that currently have none. - `LICENSE.bin`, BSD section: dnsjava, PostgreSQL JDBC Driver, SQLLine, ThreeTen-Extra - `LICENSE.bin`, MIT section: gethostname4j - `LICENSE.trino`, MIT section: SLF4J JDK14 Binding ### Why are the changes needed? All of these ship in the built distributions but are not declared. ThreeTen-Extra is shaded into `paimon-format`, so it is not visible from a jar listing. `LICENSE.trino` is otherwise artifact-granular but listed only SLF4J API Module, while `slf4j-jdk14` also ships. Licences were taken from each component's own POM. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. LICENSE content only. ### How was this patch tested? Built all distributions from `branch-1.3` and reconciled every bundled jar against the matching LICENSE file, reading each fat jar's own `META-INF/NOTICE` for shaded content. `dev/release/check-license.sh` passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
