### What would you like to be improved? ClickHouse MergeTree tables can use `toStartOfQuarter(event_time)` and `toStartOfYear(event_time)` as partition expressions. When such a table is loaded through the Gravitino ClickHouse catalog, `Table.partitioning()` is empty and the native expression is available only through the read-only `partition-key` property. Gravitino also cannot create a table from these partition functions, so clients cannot inspect or reproduce quarter- and year-based partitions through structured partitioning metadata. ### How should we improve? Add structured read and create support for the single-column forms `toStartOfQuarter(column)` and `toStartOfYear(column)`. When loading a table, preserve the native function name and column reference in the partition transform; when creating a table, emit the corresponding ClickHouse function expression. Expressions with additional arguments, nested functions, or other unsupported forms can remain unstructured and be preserved through the read-only `partition-key` property. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
