### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Revert ModelVersion-as-secrets MetadataObject wiring introduced in #12983: - Remove `MetadataObject.Type.MODEL_VERSION` and `MetadataObjects` four-level naming - Remove `ModelVersion.supportsSecrets` and Java/Python client wiring - Drop `MODEL_VERSION` from `SECRET_SUPPORTED_TYPES`, auth expressions, and docs - Keep `Entity.EntityType.MODEL_VERSION` and `Model.supportsSecrets` ### Why are the changes needed? #12983 incorrectly treated model versions as secret metadata objects / privilege bind targets. Secret privileges should bind like other model privileges (Metalake…Model). Fix: #13609 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes: - `getSecrets` no longer accepts `type=model_version` - `USE_SECRETS` / `INCLUDE_CREDENTIAL_SECRETS` no longer bind to `MODEL_VERSION` - `MetadataObject.Type.MODEL_VERSION` removed ### How was this patch tested? Existing unit tests updated for privilege binds, auth expressions, NameIdentifierUtil, jcasbin cache keys, and secret REST operations.
