Addressed both review findings in f9b73d9e04: the Python client now recognizes `DATA_SKIPPING_TEXT`, and index properties survive serialization/deserialization. The new table-response and round-trip tests fail against the previous implementation and pass with this commit. The full non-Docker Python unit suite passed (1,069 tests); Black and `git diff --check` passed.
