### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Three pages linked to files under `dev/` with a relative path: | Page | Link | |---|---| | `iceberg-rest-catalog-chart.md` | `../dev/charts/gravitino-iceberg-rest-server/resources/...` | | `lance-rest-server-chart.md` | `../dev/charts/gravitino-lance-rest-server/resources/...` | | `docker-image-details.md` | `../dev/docker/kerberos-hive` | These resolve inside the repository but not on the published site, which only serves `docs/`, so `../dev/` escapes the tree. Replaced with absolute GitHub URLs, the form `CONTRIBUTING.md` and the connector job pages already use. ### Why are the changes needed? Part of #13634. The links have been broken on the site since 1.0.0; the Docusaurus build reports them as broken links on every version. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? No code change. Documentation only. ### How was this patch tested? No tests.
