### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add a regression test `testCreateTableFailureEventShouldNotMaskOriginalExceptionWhenListenerThrows` to `TestTableEventDispatcher` verifying that a `CreateTableFailureEvent` listener exception is swallowed by the `EventBus` so the original `createTable` failure is rethrown unchanged. No production code change is needed: `EventBus.dispatchEvent` already routes all `FailureEvent` subclasses through `dispatchFailureEvent`, which catches and logs listener exceptions to preserve the original error (#10665). This test locks that behavior in for the create-table path. ### Why are the changes needed? When `dispatcher.createTable(...)` throws, the catch block dispatches `CreateTableFailureEvent`. If a registered listener also throws while handling that failure event, it could mask the original create-table failure and hide the real root cause from callers. Fix: #10597 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
