Fixed: view and function cache keys are now built from the normalized
identifier, as for semantic models.
`testViewAndFunctionCacheKeysUseNormalizedSchema` warms the cache through an
upper-case schema, invalidates by the stored name as the rename and drop hooks
do, and checks that the next lookup gets the new id.
