mchades opened a new pull request, #13721:
URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/13721

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Validate fileset sub-paths consistently for file listing and location
lookup. Check resolved paths against the selected storage location, preserve
the original formatting of valid locations, and apply the existing root-rename
restriction to normalized root aliases.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

Keep sub-path resolution consistent with the selected fileset location
across supported filesystem schemes and client versions.

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Yes. File listing and location lookup reject unsupported sub-paths with HTTP
400. Valid sub-paths retain their existing behavior.

   ### How was this patch tested?

   - Fileset catalog unit suite: 245 tests passed, including 59 path-validation
cases.
   - Server `TestFilesetOperations`: 19 tests passed, including client-version
decoding and HTTP 400 handling.
   - Spotless formatting checks and `git diff --check` passed.
   - Docker integration tests were not run.
