@zhang-arvin here — I'd like to take this. Plan: when a catalog (or metalake) is dropped, also clean up the Gravitino identifiers left behind on external objects (tags / policies / properties) so a re-created catalog does not inherit stale ownership. Discover the affected external objects in the drop path and add a regression test asserting no identifiers remain afterwards.
