### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Document the Semantic Model list, create, load, alter, and drop APIs and Apache Ossie import/export, including schemas, media types, errors, and examples. Native REST definitions use camelCase fields; standalone Ossie documents use snake_case fields and string source identifiers. The specification also covers the reserved properties extension, document version, export format, and download headers. ### Why are the changes needed? Provide the OpenAPI contract for the Semantic Model REST APIs now implemented on main. Fix: #12609 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes.
